Hey folks. Some new gigs (including 3 this weekend!) and bits of news for you. Happy January! – http://t.co/e1g1aL0J
A belated happy new year folks!
Two weeks deep and this year has been nothing short of eventful already. Loads happening and lots of exciting things in the pipeline but we’ll stick to the facts for now…
NEW Recordings – coming soon!
During the first weekend of January, myself and James had the privelage of recording at London’s renowned Dean Street Studio. The studio has been around since the 70′s and has hosted an almighty plethora of greats such as David Bowie, Dave Gilmour and Robert Plant. We were very honoured to be given the chance to record there and we cannot wait to share the results with you. Just a few finishing touches and they’ll be ready, so keep them ears peeled!
A huge thanks goes out to Suzanne, Jas, Alex, Matt, Dave & Paulie, Nick and everyone at Dean Street Studios for feeding us whiskey between takes and letting us play incredibly loud music in their house til the small hours!
GIGS
We got some tasty shows coming in already this year at home and abroad. We’ll be stopping by Wales, London, Bristol & Liverpool in the next couple of months, so please keep checking the Tour Page on the website for updates.
Finally we’d like to say a very special and heart-felt thank you to our brother in life and music Mr. Simon Lovelock. The 4 stringed filthy beast parted company with us at the start of this year. We continue on as a two-piece with Simon’s blessing and we wish him the best of luck with his future endeavours.
We have been working hard on new tunes, tweaking some of the old ones and we really think you’re gonna dig where this is going!
That’s all for now folks. We hope to see you out and about soon. Don’t forget to wrap up warm though, there be snow out on them there hills…
