After smashing up the Chai Wallah stage at Green Man and Shambala festivals, John Fairhurst is touring with The Local Posse – a collection of underground musical talent incorporating elements of hip hop, drum n’bass, classical, folk, dubstep, rock and beat box from across the globe.
Featured artists/ bands include: Joe Driscoll, Reeps One (UK beatbox champion), Lazy Habits, Bellatrix (World Female beatbox champion), Dharni (Singapore beatbox champion), More Like Trees, Dizraeli, MC Index & many more.
As well as individual performances, artists with hugely differing backgrounds collaborate to create new genres and improvised tracks – different every time, always banging.
This is a musical feast: a free style mash up incorporating some of the finest underground talent the world has to offer.
